jiffy rant
Well tonight was really a pita.
Besides the same bs at work, my new position is better, but their still edging me to do more things for them with no increase in pay yet… If this keeps up i’m going to quit the full time and do the 2x a week again.Another annoyance is that the group I joined to help out isn’t much of a team… My ideas aren’t perfect, and I like to help as much as possible. Unfortunately they never give me things to help them out with, or do they take me seriously. Instead my ideas get shut down or they claim being practical is not negative. Well who ever said a great idea needs to be perfect, but it has to start somewhere.
anyways things have been a bit rough, flakey and boring I would say. I’m just trying to keep things simple and keep on going…
Since its summer time maybe things will change with the season

That’s why I don’t open my mouth during those meetings. Frankly, if it wasn’t for the fact that we had to be there to pick up stuff, I wouldn’t have gone. Our dear leaders aren’t much in the way of leadership material either. I think everyone (except them) sees it and are just bearing with it until the end of the year. I’m definitely not doing it next year.
