So Kim @kkaayyyy made it to Boston in one piece, then made her way down to ny for saturday evening and left back on sunday morning for part one of her ny adventure.
It started with getting her from chinatown, so my friend Jill and I get her from chinatown. I was trying to direct her where to meet me which could have be a horrible idea, but i told her look for the big cathedral looking hsbc bank… luckily she found us. We were all sarving and had to go to my friends birthday party. His party was all you can eat korean bbq, something pretty good for kim to beast out on.
After stuffing our faces with krn bbq, my friend invited us to ktv… uhoh some of the xangans know we are crazy singers at ktv haha not…
anyways it was fun, jill got fed to the random guys on the other side of the room…
One of my exs was also at the birthday party… haha well things are okay with us but we don’t talk as much, its okay
but damn she still sings really nice haha….

Anyways after some singing good and bad and far worse, the girls were restless and wanted to go see some sights.
I took them to the usual spot I take everyone, LIC pier or gantry state plaza.
sorry no good pics this time but it was nice to wander around.
After that it was bed time for everyone we took jill home and headed back to my apt in queens
Woot its still empty but this is after I got a tv, so theres def plenty of spaces when some of the xangans come visit nyc. Hopefully no one needs the bath room at one time cuz that would suck…
Next morning kim and I woke up pretty early, we decided to catch dimsum and I showed her New world Mall in flushing. No pictures of dimsum cuz we were waiting so darn long for dimsum with my friend qian and her friends. aparently Cakalusa was nearby but no where to be found haha…
After dimsum i showed kim snopo or shaved snow
Something I had with the LA xangans I figure kim has never seen it. There was no where to sit but we stood and took out that mountain of snow!
After some more food, I called up my two friends and took kim and them to Brooklyn! Another favorite spot but usually I go there at night.
Didn’t walk the bridge but it was fun walking around

had some ny pizza didn’t try waiting on the line for grimaldis cuz it was too long… weekend times forget it unless you really want to wait.

Then we sent Kim off to chinatown where she headed back up to Boston for a bit and met up Liz.

A few days go by I was told there was a Far East Movement Concert in manhattan, and my friends told me to send an e-mail for the vip tickets!
Guess what I won woot! @mkazama was free to go so I asked her if she wanted to hit up the concert.
it was a pretty cool concert free =P

Kim came back on thursday, and stopped by at my work place to drool over some of the cars. Apparently she thought I looked like kato from green hornet in one of the older caddy cars I was moving around.
probably cuz i’m asian cuz im no jay chou haha…
so after work we hit up ichiumi for some raw oysters and drinks
my friend nancy was giving us some drinks, michelle then met up with us and we got some korean food at Kunjip

We didn’t stay out too later after that because we were all pooped. So we took back michelle and joanne to brooklyn. Then headed back to my place to crash…
I think kim got 2nd wind and was running around in my apartment, at one point she stuck her head in the fridge cuz it was so cool in there haha… that was really interesting I see what kim said about her being weird but i’m sure thats not that bad I hid in bathrooms and closets if you ask some of the xangans
Eventually we crashed, and started the next day with more food!
first stop it was spot, well we stopped by this other place but I forgot to take a picture of it
then go some yummy octopus balls takoyaki from otafuku st marks ish area
then we hit up a toy store were I found my awesome blue piggy bank
still need a name for it
we then got some bare burger
basically all grass fed organic meats
ostrich was the choice of the day
joanne showed us this taco place in soho
and a cuban cheese corn ? it was awesome
kim got some mac bar to go and then we headed back to get jill and prep up for clubbing at circle LOL
pregaming in the car ! classy right? since i can’t drink and drive, might as well park and drink !
So getting to circle at 10:30 was way too early but we had no problems getting in. We dragged joanne to club too!
So the music was okay for the first half it eventually picked up

After clubbing out we had some chicken and rice I was pooped so I didn’t take any pictures. After all that we knocked out and sent kim back to boston the next morning =(
A fun weekend in nyc, anyone plan on coming soon? cuz its getting boring out here jk but if you guys are planning to visit maybe I can show you guys around or just meet up and grab some food! Let me know
